1. Invited keynote talks that:

a. provide state of the art assessments of the impacts of a possible +4°C climate change ~2060 for a range of human, ecological and earth systems

b. reframe the mitigation challenge in terms of steps necessary to avoid the significant risk of a 4-5 degree warming under different emissions reduction scenarios and the options open to enable a clear avoidance of such a risk.

2. Open call for oral and poster papers in the above themes, with a focus on regional examples that complement keynote topics

                                50% its photosynthetic counterbalancing by performing a global CO2 reset based on atomic C sequestration logistics

A stunning westward view 1 km from the conference centre with the Tycho Brahe island - Ven - 5 km from the sea shore in the fond - You are optionally offered to visit it. "Itīs out here it all started" as a visiting NASA group concluded in 2002. - What ?  - The time serie analysis that changed the world and revealed a new universe. It was dangerous ! - When ? In the 1550:ies. And his "360° view garden" and observatory is still there to visit for the delegates the last conference day.

Political background - the "global political maniana syndrome"

During COP15 gathering in Copenhagen during two weeks in December 2009 we all got a smashing exibition from several national verbal equilibrists on the "political maniana syndrome. "Maniana" is spannish for "not today, but tomorrow". Even in the case of EU the big changes was proposed around 2050, which is clearly too late to prevent a physical cataclysm on the planet according to the leading climatologists.

Also I had a big hope on the UN COP15 conference gathering in Copenhagen during 2 weeks in December 2009 up till a month before the conference, but then the statements from several big dynasties of the world was still very semantically divergent - too divergent to mirror a mutual agreement between all national leaders.

So the conventionally demonstrated attitude was clearly demonstrated both before and during the conference that dynasties donīt fully respect the natural laws like the science has to do to achieve something. That intellectual level of discipline is allien for the the national dynastic societies.

Global global warming physics and now approaching dynamics was therefore clearly smashed by the dynastic rule systems in several countries. Many political leaders behaved adequately, but too many didnīt for a mutual agreement.

After COP15 it seems that private stoechiometric initiatives like Project AgroChallenge will be a safer solustion than late coming political solutions with very little stoechiometric effect until 2050 - a time point clearly too late already from a physical standpoint according to the climatologists.


Now comes a natural continuation of the above perspectives - the threats & their most natural asserted sustainable photosynthetic solutions, but to get started commercially we need the agreement from around 300 of the most committed and asserted scientists to booster this solution:

 

First International Scientific Project AgroChallenge Conference (PAC) to which professional scientists are herewith invited who can contribute to the description, dynamics and the solutions of the global warming threats and its continuation of it into a global heat shock after we have passed the +2°C point of no return within 30 - 150 years with the attitudes shown today by economic and political dynasties - and perhaps also You !

During the PAC conference in September 2010 ~50% of the session time will be focusing on the latest updating of global warming dynamics and consequences. The other ~50% session time will focus on global warming photosynthetic solution dynamics . This solution can indeed reverse the Keeling Curve in time before it is too late and also "push back" the recent CO2 outlets in two ways with new technology development in a way that will be presented clearly by Rune Ekman - the initiator of Project AgroChallenge at the conference. Together they have the full potential to sum up as a global CO2 reset back to 300 ppm CO2 in the atmosphere within 30 - 40 years and keep that level sustainably with the logistics presented at the conference - IF we start now ! It is all sustainable physics, photosynthesis and a new bio-logistics controllable down to the C atom level we all understand. It will be offered to every single person on the planet as a commercial product like any insurance.

But we need the explicit support from the science society in 2010 to get started commercially, because it will be the biggest project ever for mankind.

Already within 20 - 30 years the "Global Lowland Nation" and its properties will be severely threatened by the market mechamisms in a way the traditional economists and politicians have never understood.
